Cochrane Library - A collection of 7 databases containing the combined results of the world's best medical research studies and evidence-based healthcare guidelines.

Directory of Open Access Journals - A large, searchable collection of scientific and scholarly journals including over 400 full text titles from the general fields of health sciences and medicine. 

Dissertations and Theses Fulltext - A powerful research tool for searching "gray literature."  A must use for those in graduate school.

ERIC - Article citations and thousands of fulltext documents from the field of education.

OT Search – A bibliographic (not fulltext) database covering the literature of occupational therapy and related subject areas, such as rehabilitation.  

STAT!Ref - Searchable access to over 40 core medical text and reference works.
